Full description

About Luxehouze Luxehouze is a fast-growing omnichannel luxury marketplace operating across Indonesia and Singapore, serving high-value customers in watches, fashion, and beauty. We operate in an environment where trust, speed and excellence matter, and where outcomes matter more than activity.

We are looking for a Business Analyst Assistant Manager, who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just “execute tasks.”

What Will Be Challenging Please read this carefully - it’s here to help you self-select.

  • Expectations are high and visible
  • Problems may be ambiguous and fast-moving
  • Priorities can change as the business scales
  • Feedback is direct and frequent
  • Performance is measured by results, not intentions
  • If you require rigid structure, narrow scope, or close supervision to perform well, this environment may not be a good fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership by translating data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, customer behavior trends, and business risks through in-depth data analysis.
  • Independently identify and prioritize the most critical business questions without relying solely on stakeholder requests.
  • Analyze business performance across key metrics including revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, retention, inventory, operations, and profitability to uncover root causes and opportunities.
  • Develop hypotheses, conduct structured analyses, and provide data-driven recommendations that influence business decisions and strategic direction.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring tools that enable timely decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and other cross-functional teams to solve business problems through data.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives, campaigns, pricing strategies, and operational improvements using quantitative analysis.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and executive-ready presentations with actionable recommendations.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts by sharing best practices in analytical thinking, business problem solving, and insight generation.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical methodologies to strengthen the organization's data-driven decision-making culture.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Strategy, Management Consulting, or similar analytical roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable business recommendations that resulted in measurable commercial or operational impact.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business strategy and commercial outcomes.
  • Able to independently define analytical approaches, identify opportunities, and prioritize business problems with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating complex analyses into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions through data.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving business environments.
  • Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, retail, consumer, luxury, or other high-growth businesses is highly preferred.
  • Experience in experimentation (A/B testing), customer analytics, pricing analytics, product analytics, or predictive analytics is a strong advantage
