We are now looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help transform a large-scale development and deployment platform from traditional DevOps into a modern AI-assisted and agentic engineering setup.

DevOps Engineer – Digital Health

Twoday is looking for experienced DevOps Engineers to help build, operate and continuously improve platforms supporting business-critical digital healthcare solutions.

You will work in a large-scale environment where multiple development teams and suppliers collaborate on solutions with high requirements for availability, security and operational stability.

The role

You will work closely with developers, architects and test specialists to automate software delivery and ensure stable, secure and repeatable operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Automating build, test, deployment and release processes
  • Working with Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar tooling
  • Automating infrastructure and configuration using Infrastructure as Code
  • Working with Docker, Ansible and containerised environments
  • Supporting development and production environments
  • Implementing monitoring, logging and dashboards
  • Working with Grafana and related observability tooling
  • Supporting backup, recovery and failover processes
  • Troubleshooting production and deployment issues
  • Supporting vulnerability management and security requirements
  • Contributing to compliance with standards such as ISO 27001 and NIS2
  • Collaborating across development teams and suppliers

What we're looking for

You have:

  • Strong professional experience within DevOps, platform engineering or infrastructure automation
  • Experience with CI/CD and automated software delivery
  • Experience with Docker and Git
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Ansible or similar technologies
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience with Linux-based environments
  • Experience with monitoring, observability and log analysis
  • Strong understanding of operational stability and security
  • Experience from complex enterprise environments

Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms is an advantage.

Experience operating or developing digital healthcare solutions is highly valued, particularly where high availability, security and integration with other healthcare systems have been essential.

Experience working in a multi-supplier delivery environment is also valuable.

Fluent Danish, both written and spoken, is required.

You must be able to work onsite at the customer location in Copenhagen when required.
