What will you do at SuperPlay?

We’re looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team.

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts across all studios and games. You’ll analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights that drive SuperPlay’s marketing strategy and business decisions.

Your work will touch every part of our marketing operation — from data collection to insight generation — helping the company understand what drives player growth and how to maximize ROI.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Performance Analysis: Evaluate marketing activities across UA and social channels to measure efficiency and impact.
  • Insights & Recommendations: Transform data into actionable insights that improve acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Build and maintain automated dashboards that visualize KPIs such as ROI, LTV, and campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, creative, and studio analytics teams to ensure marketing strategies are data-driven.
  • Geo Testing & Experimentation: Design and analyze experiments to optimize channel and creative performance.
  • Strategic Reporting: Present data-driven conclusions that inform decision-making and marketing investments.

Who are you?

  • B.A/B.Sc. in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field
  • 1+ years of experience in data or marketing analytics, preferably in a B2C company (gaming industry – advantage)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills — you can clearly translate data into business insights
  • A passion for understanding marketing performance and user behavior
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A fast learner who’s eager to grow in the data world

Advantages:

  • Experience with Mixpanel, Looker, BigQuery, SQL, and Python
  • Familiarity with mobile attribution tools such as AppsFlyer or Adjust
  • Understanding of A/B testing and performance optimization methodologies
