What you’ll own
We're seeking a Senior Product Manager – Merchant Lifecyle to own critical customer experiences that help merchants successfully onboard and manage their sales from acceptance to payout to help software platforms, adopt, engage with, and grow on our platform. You'll play a key role in defining product strategy, solving complex customer challenges, and building innovative solutions that create meaningful business impact. This is an opportunity to help shape a new product domain while working alongside talented leaders in product, engineering, design, and operations.
- Define product strategy and roadmap for the customer lifecycle experience.
- Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention outcomes.
- Identify friction points and streamline customer workflows.
- Establish success metrics and monitor lifecycle performance.
- Conduct customer research and analyze behavioral data to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Prioritize opportunities that improve customer satisfaction and long-term value.
- Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for lifecycle investments.
- Drive continuous product improvement through experimentation and measurement.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Experience improving customer engagement and lifecycle outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills
- Experience managing customer-facing digital products.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success improving customer adoption, engagement, or retention.
- Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience in financial services, commerce, banking, fintech, or payments.
- Experience with all parts of a merchant payment lifecycle such as acceptance, refunds, disputes, payouts.
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Experience with onboarding, risk management, or operational workflow products.
- Experience building zero-to-one products.

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $157,800.00-$238,275.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary. We encourage you to consult with your recruiter to confirm the budget for your location and to better understand the applicable pay scale. This position is eligible for bonus.
