An exciting opportunity now exists for an Experience Product Manager to join our Member Experience team on a 24-month max term contract.  

As the Experience Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, roadmap and delivery of digital tools and data products that help us understand and improve our members’ digital experience. Working with teams across the organisation and a squad of data analysts, you'll ensure data, member feedback and experience insights are translated into actions that improve our digital experiences.

Note: This role leads digital experience performance data products and data analysts, leveraging source system data and platforms such as Qualtrics and VWO to derive insights. Google Analytics platform management and SEO tool ownership sit outside the role and insights are leveraged in partnership with other teams.

What will you be doing?        

  • Define and drive the strategic direction for digital experience measurement tools and digital data products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and member outcomes.
  • Own the product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap through delivery, optimisation and retirement, driving continuous improvement and value realisation.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, acting as the primary point of contact for digital experience performance and data products.
  • Prioritise product backlogs and enhancements based on business needs, member insights, performance data and strategic priorities.
  • Champion data-driven decision making through robust measurement frameworks, KPI tracking, performance reporting and product optimisation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions, managing risks, dependencies, timelines and partner deliverables.
  • Ensure all products comply with governance, cybersecurity, privacy, accessibility, data quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communication and business readiness, including product education, documentation and change enablement.
  • Monitor product performance, identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation, and recommend new digital capabilities that enhance member value and business outcomes.

 

What are we looking for in you?

  • Tertiary qualifications in a related business or IT discipline is mandatory.
  •  Significant experience in a similar role working in a team-oriented, collaborative project delivery environment.
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with background in either Agile based Development or Business Analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering B2C, consumer-facing digital products that drive engagement, conversion or self-service outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Background in vendor management, service delivery governance, or partner-led digital transformation.
  • Experience leading the delivery of ecommerce or sales-driven digital products, optimized for customer experience and commercial performance.
