Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer to drive sales growth for our HVAC solutions. This role involves developing new business opportunities, providing technical consultation, preparing quotations, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers while maintaining existing accounts.
  • Promote HVAC products and solutions to meet customer requirements.
  • Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable system solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and sales proposals.
  • Deliver product presentations and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Service, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Follow up on projects and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales Engineering, HVAC, MEP, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and estimation/quotation preparation.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good problem-solving and customer service mindset.
  • Able to communicate in English with international customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
