We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to help shape, strengthen, and consistently express our brand across print and digital platforms. This role is suited to a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with high-quality execution and who enjoys turning strategic briefs into visually compelling brand communication.
You will work closely with marketing and product teams to develop creative solutions that support campaigns, product launches, and broader business objectives, while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Do
- Translate brand and marketing strategies into clear, compelling visual concepts.
- Develop and apply cohesive visual systems that strengthen brand identity.
- Lead the design of marketing and campaign collateral across print and digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and shape visual direction.
- Contribute to brand development initiatives, including visual identity, packaging, and logo applications.
- Create infographics and data-driven visuals
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines, templates, and visual standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
What You Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in graphic or brand design, ideally in a marketing-driven or in-house environment.
- Ability to think beyond execution and contribute creatively to brand and campaign development.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of visual quality.
- Strong communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to move confidently from idea to execution.
- Experience working across multiple brands, campaigns, or clients.
- A sharp eye for detail and a high standard of visual craft.
- Confidence presenting and explaining design rationale.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Technical Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Comfortable working across print and digital design formats.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications & Language
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
