WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Lead Product Manager, you will shape the success of our pressure-sensing product portfolio by connecting customer needs with innovation, manufacturing, and commercial teams. You will empower our global sales organization through technical expertise, training, and product marketing while driving new product launches, customer engagement, and market growth. This is an opportunity to make a visible impact across the business and help bring cutting-edge sensing solutions to customers worldwide.

  • Perform competitive analysis, identify product opportunities and define product needs through market research, field sales feedback and VOC (Voice of the Customer). Develop business plans and roadmaps for new product developments.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and the cross-functional project teams to develop new products. Define customer and market requirements, provide commercial leadership to the project teams and own the commercial launch activities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to create customer presentations, sales training material, and new product introduction packages to position new products and promote through targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Work with the global sales teams to identify target customers and establish a plan to capture opportunities.
  • Analyze market pricing, margin levels and define pricing for pressure sensing products.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • MSc in Engineering or related field (Electrical or Mechanical engineering, Physics, etc.)
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of OEM component-level Product Management experience or other relevant work experience.
  • Experience with MEMS or sensing products, in particular for medical applications, is a plus
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities to create value and drive business growth
  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide leadership to a cross-functional team
  • Willingness to travel (10 – 20%), e.g., to key customers, trade shows and sales events
  • P&L management experience preferred
