We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of our product portfolio, including our flagship Predictive Index Behavioral Assessment. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our talent optimisation solutions, ensuring they continue to meet the evolving needs of over 7,100 companies globally. Responsibilities

* Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. * Gather and prioritise requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research to inform product development. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products. * Create detailed user stories, manage the product backlog, and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. * Conduct comprehensive market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. * Define and analyse key product metrics to measure success and guide future improvements. * Act as a product evangelist, effectively communicating product value to both internal and external audiences. * Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept and ideation through to launch and post-launch optimisation.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications: * Proven work experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar strategic product role. * Demonstrable experience managing the full product lifecycle in a technology-driven environment. * Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. * Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies. * A customer-centric mindset with a passion for creating intuitive and effective user experiences.

Desirable Qualifications: * Experience in the HR Technology, SaaS, or talent optimisation sectors. * Familiarity with psychometric or behavioural assessment tools. * A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
