The incumbent will be central to the entity's investment and advisory platform, bridging strategy and execution through opportunity screening, valuation, FP&A, and advanced financial forecasting to drive data-driven financial outcomes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•You perform detailed business valuations using various methodologies including Discounted Cash Flow, public comparables, and precedent transactions.

•You assist in the preparation of high-quality Information Memorandums, and management presentations for advisory mandates.

•You support the Associate Director in executing due diligence for potential Private Equity acquisitions and corporate restructurings.

•You develop and maintain integrated financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for portfolio companies and advisory clients.

•You lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.

•You conduct variance analysis (actuals vs. budget) to identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations to management.

•You design and produce monthly and/or quarterly performance reports and dashboards for senior leadership and stakeholders.

•You monitor market trends and competitive landscapes within the KSA and GCC markets to support investment theses.

•You maintain the integrity of financial data across all reporting platforms, ensuring accuracy in all client-facing materials.

YOUR PROFILE

•You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

•You have 1 to 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Private Equity.

•You possess strong Excel skills with the ability to build complex and dynamic models from scratch.

•You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and financial terminals (Refinitiv) as an advantage.

•You have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives.

•You have proven verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a significant plus).

•You are able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
