Data Engineer - Snowflake DBT

• Design, develop, and optimize enterprise data solutions using Snowflake and dbt.
• Lead data modernization and migration initiatives, including migration of SQL-based workloads to Salesforce and other cloud-based platforms.
• Architect and implement scalable data pipelines utilizing Azure-native data engineering services.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and translate business needs into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain high-quality, secure, and compliant data architectures.
• Leverage Snowflake Cortex and AI-driven capabilities to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
• Work alongside AI agents and intelligent automation technologies to enhance data engineering workflows.
• Support data governance, performance optimization, and best practices across the data platform ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership and consulting expertise throughout project lifecycles.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining the ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Consultant, Data Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with:• Snowflake
• dbt (Data Build Tool)
• Fivetran
• SQL
• Azure Data Engineering Services

• Experience migrating or modernizing SQL-based workloads, including integrations with Salesforce environments.
• Experience working with Snowflake Cortex and AI-enabled data solutions.
• Familiarity with AI agents, automation frameworks, and emerging AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
