As a member of the Optum Rx Clinical Engagement Solutions team, the Sr Product Analyst will support the management, monitoring, and optimization of member and provider communications across multiple channels. Working closely with and in support of the Capability Manager, this role assists in the day-to-day execution of omnichannel communications—helping to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and member/provider engagement.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented self-starter with experience in the print and/or telecommunications industry and a working knowledge of digital channels such as email, SMS, and automated voice. They should be able to manage assigned projects, collaborate effectively across teams and vendors, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support the oversight and management of omnichannel communications for both members and provider audiences (mail, fax, SMS, email, IVR, direct EMR messaging)
  • Assist with daily monitoring and issue resolution across all communication channels.
  • Help coordinate the deployment of client-driven and regulatory communication updates across supported channels
  • Partner with internal governance, legal, and compliance stakeholders to help ensure communications meet required standards and regulations
  • Support technology teams on enhancements to communication capabilities and platform improvements
  • Assist in managing vendor relationships to help ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance
  • Maintain documentation, trackers, and reporting to support operational health of communications

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in omnichannel communication operations (email, SMS, print, IVR, etc.) or related project coordination/management
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, or regulated industries
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity; self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in print communications and production processes
  • Background in telecommunication operations
  • Proficiency in Quadient Inspire
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro and InDesign
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations (ex. CMS and State) and TCPA
  • Exposure to financial requests and associated inputs (cost-benefit analysis, business case, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to help facilitate meetings to achieve desired outcomes
  • Solid presentation, time management, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills
  • Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
