Requirements

Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in trade finance and banking. A graduate degree is required, and an MBA is preferred.

Full description

1) Design, Develop, update and implement product and process circulars 2) Keep abreast with the overall trends in the related products and constantly interact with ground level teams to get client feedback on existing products 3) Run a P&L for the owned products and facilitate to maximize the product coverage in the portfolio of clients Responsible for overall regulatory, operational, credit hygiene of the products and work towards improving same continuosly 4) Liase with internal teams to ensure building a robust corr bank relationships to facilitate the cross border business 5) Liase with operations team to take feedback on improvements and process enhancement on the products 6) Keep abreast of all the latest regulatory guidelines with regards to compliance for trade products, eg: EDPMS, IDPMS, Capital account transactions etc 7) Create, run, maintain, publish dashboards for business teams, product sales teams and senior management to show the position on various regulatory compliances position of the clients with respect to trade products where CSB Bank is the AD bank of the client, (IDPMS/EDPMS/Capital account txns) 8) Facilitate through liasioning with FEMA Compliance teams to solve complex cases of pending compliances relating to clients where CSB is the AD bank
