About the Role
We are seeking a Data Transformation Analyst to ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating, processing, and researching data using various tools. In this role, you will support the data operations of the team, work with complex datasets, and help identify data defects. The position reports to the Data Transformation Manager.
You Will:
- Enter, process, and validate data electronically using operations such as queries, sorting, and filtering.
- Verify data accuracy through robust web research, leveraging AI, public information sources, and direct phone outreach when online data is unavailable.
- Identify data defects and consistently document reproducible issues to support the broader data transformation goals.
You Have:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data validation, research, or a similar field.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets and strong knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, or similar platforms.
- Strong research skills, including the effective use of AI, online search tools, and other public information sources to identify reliable data.
- Strong attention to details.
- Fluency in English and Romanian is required; a third foreign language is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education.
