Position: Sr. Product Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in shaping go-to-market strategy, strengthening product positioning, and driving business growth. This individual is responsible for deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and key industries/sub-industries to position products effectively and create compelling narratives.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager partners cross-functionally with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing teams to develop messaging and content, launch new products and features, fuel demand gen campaigns, and enable sales teams with the resources they need to succeed.

What you’ll do:

  • Own market and buyer intelligence: Develop deep expertise in our Commercial markets, buyers, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Translate those insights into buyer personas, differentiated positioning, messaging, and product strategy.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy: Develop and execute GTM plans for product, feature, and industry launches, aligning Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth around audiences, messaging, enablement, and success metrics.
  • Drive sales enablement and revenue impact: Build the tools, content, training, and insights Sales and Customer Success need to effectively position our products and win business. Partner with Demand Generation to create campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and adoption.
  • Build industry thought leadership: Develop and execute opportunities across webinars, conferences, speaking engagements, bylined content, PR, and industry awards to strengthen Interplay's position and credibility in the market.
  • Create compelling marketing content: Develop presentations, talk tracks, collateral, and other content that clearly communicate product value and resonate with target audiences across the buyer journey.
  • Measure, learn, and optimize: Track market, content, campaign, and enablement performance to identify opportunities, refine our approach, and maximize marketing ROI.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, including hands-on experience with buyer personas, product positioning and messaging, sales enablement, product launches, and go-to-market strategy.
  • 5+ years developing product marketing content and sales assets, including buyer personas, presentations, product collateral, white papers, ebooks, reports, eGuides, and sales briefs.
  • Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy for B2B SaaS products, from market and buyer insights through positioning, launch planning, enablement, and measurement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology and business concepts into clear, compelling value propositions and communicate effectively with audiences ranging from customers to executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with demonstrated ability to use market, customer, and business data to inform decisions and measure marketing impact.
  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or similar technology environment, partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Pay: $120,000-140,000 annual salary

Final compensation will reflect the candidate's experience and demonstrated impact.
