Responsibilities
Supports the team's data analytics, visualization, and reporting activities. This role shall ensure all deliverables expand the client’s analytical capacity, ensure responsible AI implementation, and enable evidence-based decision-making across portfolios. This role shall provide support which includes developing and maintaining dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and Lists; ensuring data accuracy; and providing insights that inform program and budget formulation.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or program evaluation, preferably with federal agencies.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis or visualization platforms; familiarity with SQL preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to translate program and performance data into clear analytical products, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.
- Active Secret security clearance.
Required Education and Certification:
- Bachelor's degree in data science, public policy, international affairs, or a related discipline required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Professional certifications or formal training in data analytics or visualization (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) desirable.
Target salary range: $83,911 - $142,115.
