Responsibilities

Supports the team's data analytics, visualization, and reporting activities. This role shall ensure all deliverables expand the client’s analytical capacity, ensure responsible AI implementation, and enable evidence-based decision-making across portfolios. This role shall provide support which includes developing and maintaining dashboards, workflows, and reporting tools using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and Lists; ensuring data accuracy; and providing insights that inform program and budget formulation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data analysis, visualization, or program evaluation, preferably with federal agencies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis or visualization platforms; familiarity with SQL preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate program and performance data into clear analytical products, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Active Secret security clearance.

Required Education and Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, public policy, international affairs, or a related discipline required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Professional certifications or formal training in data analytics or visualization (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) desirable.

Target salary range: $83,911 - $142,115.

Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
