Accountabilities:

• Develop and enhance fullstack features that ingest, model, and synchronize internal and third-party data into scalable data platforms and knowledge systems.

• Build integrations with external platforms such as project management, observability, support, and service management tools to enrich business intelligence capabilities.

• Contribute to the development of dashboards, reporting solutions, and software engineering intelligence products, including metrics related to development efficiency, performance, and operational trends.

• Design and implement secure, reliable, and performant backend services and APIs while supporting intuitive frontend experiences.

• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution design activities alongside senior engineering stakeholders.

• Collaborate in code reviews and continuously improve software quality, maintainability, and delivery efficiency.

• Identify risks and blockers early, proactively seeking solutions to ensure successful project execution.

• Build deep knowledge of the underlying platform, data models, and product ecosystem to improve ownership and delivery autonomy.

• Support AI-enabled workflows and contribute to the integration of intelligent capabilities into data products and customer-facing experiences.

• Work effectively in a distributed and asynchronous environment while driving initiatives from concept through production deployment.

Requirements

• Proven production experience building and operating fullstack applications in modern software environments.

• Strong hands-on proficiency with technologies such as Go, Ruby, Node.js, and related fullstack development frameworks.

• Experience working with large-scale data platforms, analytical databases, or OLAP technologies such as ClickHouse or equivalent systems.

• Practical experience building AI-powered product features or integrating AI capabilities into software solutions.

• Strong understanding of multi-tenant architectures across Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and self-managed deployment models.

• Experience designing and implementing third-party integrations and API-driven solutions.

• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques.

• Ability to decompose complex initiatives into manageable deliverables while balancing technical trade-offs and business priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating in distributed, asynchronous teams.

• Strong ownership mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in rapidly evolving environments.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle metrics, reporting systems, or engineering intelligence platforms is considered an advantage.
