A DAY IN THE LIFE …

  • Maintain employee life cycle events: hire, rehire, transfer/promotion, end of employment , Country Reassignment, and personal details update in SF & SAP
  • Execute self-assessment in accordance with business controls requirements
  • Performs system testing for improvements and updates to cater changes in legal and business requirements.
  • Ensures generic mailbox management
  • Ensures process documentation
  • Initiate process improvements to increase efficiency
  • Prepares manual payment, related to HR Admin in an accurate and timely manner

ARE YOU A FIT?

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate; preferably in Psychology or Human Resources Management
  • With strong customer orientation & exceptional commitment to deliver quality service
  • With good interpersonal skills and can work with minimum supervision
  • Can work in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment
  • Strong team player and able to adapt to different levels in the organization
  • Proactive, keen to details and results focused
  • Preferably with technical knowledge in SAP HR
  • With good written & verbal communication skills in English
  • Able to work on any shift
