Java Developer Intern - Process Platform & Automation - TalentBank 2026

TalentBank is an original internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland, which aim is to enable students and graduates to gain professional experience in IT / banking industry. The project can be attended by people who are students or graduates (up to 12 months after graduation). We look for students after second year of technical, mathematical, business, finance, economic or related studies.

📢 Join our team as a Java Developer Intern! 📢

In your role as Software Engineer Intern, you will be responsible for building applications and interfaces and integrating them into our IT landscape.

Your main task is to deliver high quality solutions from deployment into test environments. You are also involved in supporting incidents, problems management and implementation of bug fixes or changes.

What you will be doing? 👇

• Development of applications for modern Cloud platform technology stacks (Dockerized, Microservices, Serverless)
• In case of incidents or issues, analysis of the problems in close collaboration with other teams
• Creation of technical documentation
• Preparing software builds and release packages for the move to test and production environments
• Participate in scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro) using VidCo/Telco or – exceptionally – in person

Alternative tasks:

• Developing automation tests using Java
• Preparing software builds and release packages

Which technology & skills are important for us? 👇

• Basic knowledge of Java 17+, Java EE, Spring with Spring Boot
• Basic knowledge of object oriented programming and architecture concepts
• Basic knowledge of BPMN tools (Camunda, N8N)

Nice to have:

• Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
• Basic knowledge of test tools
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD (Bitbucket, Teamcity)
• Basic knowledge of Cloud Platform
