Full description
Job Location: 100% remote (India based candidates only)
Employee Location: India
Role: Salesforce Administrator (Supporting Revenue Operations Team)
Shift Timings: Overlap with IST and PST Timezones
As the Salesforce Administrator on our Revenue Operations team, you will own and evolve our Salesforce platform and the broader Revenue Systems ecosystem — including CPQ, integrations, and our connected GTM tech stack. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who has personally administered Salesforce in a fast-moving SaaS environment, not a people-management position. Experience in Revenue Operations, CPQ, or Quote-to-Cash processes is strongly preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities• Own and evolve the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including Sales Cloud and the broader Revenue Systems ecosystem (CPQ, integrations, connected GTM tools).
- Manage day-to-day administration: user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security settings.
- Build and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and flows.
- Manage data quality — deduplication, data hygiene, and integrity across accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities.
- Configure and maintain reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS to translate process needs into scalable Salesforce configurations.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce, CPQ, and other GTM tools (e.g., marketing automation, support tools).
- Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing training and documentation.
- Support release management, sandbox testing, and change management for org updates.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (not managing a team of admins)
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud; exposure to CPQ or Service Cloud is a plus
- Experience with flows, process automation, and declarative configuration (Apex knowledge a plus, not required)
- Comfortable working independently and prioritizing across multiple stakeholder requests
- Excellent communication skills to work with global stakeholders across India, US, UK, and APAC
Good to Have Qualifications
- Experience in Revenue Operations, CPQ, or Quote-to-Cash processes
- Experience supporting a B2B SaaS GTM organization
- Familiarity with tools like Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tech stack
- ESOPs: You’ll be eligible for Employee Stock options.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Flexible, top-tier benefits package in line with India market standards.
- Remote Work Culture: Fully remote with best-in-class collaboration tools (Salesforce, Gong, Apollo, etc.).
- Professional Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and career progression.
