Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and delivering pharmaceutical manufacturing projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, production, and supply chain, to ensure project alignment.
  • Analyze project data, provide actionable insights, and recommend solutions to optimize performance.
  • Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in project management, R&D, operations in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
