Full description

Our client, an international company operating within the iGaming industry, is looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with around one year of experience looking to build a career in Business Analysis. You will work closely with business stakeholders and developers to support the improvement of internal platforms, investigate issues, analyse data, document requirements, and contribute to the ongoing development of systems and business processes.

Tasks

  • Gather and document business requirements for platform enhancements and system improvements.
  • Work with internal teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into clear development tickets.
  • Support the investigation and resolution of platform and system issues.
  • Liaise with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and monitor progress.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate completed developments.
  • Monitor platform performance, operational processes and outstanding issues.
  • Review reports and data to identify trends, inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support reporting improvements by validating data and documenting reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, meeting notes and process updates.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of platforms, systems and business processes.

Requirements

  • EQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent.
  • Around 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role. Experience within the iGaming industry is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues and identify practical solutions.
  • Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools or data analysis.
  • Good understanding of business processes and system workflows.
  • Experience working with third-party integrations is considered an asset.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in using technology to improve productivity, research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
