Job Title:  Product Manager
 
Job Summary: 
The Product Manager is responsible for driving the development, enhancement, and success of key products within the RevSpring portfolio. This role collaborates closely with customers, engineering, design, data, and cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver solutions that provide measurable value to customers and end users. 
The Product Manager plays a critical role in translating customer and business needs into actionable product plans and ensuring successful delivery through the product lifecycle. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and execution skills. 
 
 
Essential Functions:
- Support and execute the product roadmap for assigned products and features, ensuring alignment with company goals, customer needs, and business priorities. 
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to conduct discovery, gather feedback, validate requirements, and identify opportunities for product improvements. 
- Translate business and customer needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to prioritize work, clarify requirements, and ensure successful delivery of product initiatives. 
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. 
- Participate in user research, customer interviews, and product demonstrations to gain a deep understanding of user needs and workflows. 
- Support cross-functional planning, release management, and communication activities to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned. 
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Pre-Sales teams to ensure product capabilities, roadmap priorities, and value propositions are clearly communicated. 
- Assist in balancing customer needs, technical constraints, timelines, and business objectives when making product recommendations and prioritization decisions. 
- Maintain product documentation, release notes, and training materials as needed. 
 
Minimum Requirements:
Specific Job Skills:
 
- 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare technology, SaaS, or other enterprise software environments. 
- Experience working on customer-facing digital products and collaborating with cross-functional product development teams. 
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate customer and stakeholder feedback into actionable product requirements. 
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. 
- Experience working in Agile development environments and participating in product planning ceremonies. 
- Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage technical and non-technical audiences. 
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across engineering, design, data, sales, and customer success teams. 
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to support product decisions. 
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority. 
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences. 
 
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 
Experience: 3+ years of product management or related experience.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from a variety of both internal and external sources.
