Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

FastAPI Framework, Python Programming (Core), Python Shell, Flask, Pandas

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable applications and backend solutions using Core Python and Django or Flask frameworks.

• Define application architecture and development approaches aligned with business and technical requirements.

• Lead development of reusable Python modules, libraries, and framework-based components.

• Design and optimize data processing solutions using NumPy and Pandas to support business and analytical requirements.

• Design scalable database interaction strategies and optimize SQL queries, indexing, and data access patterns to improve application performance and reliability.

• Establish ORM design standards and optimize object-relational mapping strategies to improve maintainability, performance, and scalability.

• Establish development standards, coding practices, and framework usage guidelines across projects.

• Utilize Python Shell and related development tools for troubleshooting, validation, and optimization activities.

• Define API testing approaches supporting functional validation, contract verification, integration testing, and service quality assurance.

• Establish unit testing standards and improve automated test coverage using PyTest, unittest, and related quality engineering practices.

• Review application designs and code to ensure adherence to engineering and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues through detailed root cause analysis and sustainable solutions.

• Drive application performance optimization, maintainability improvements, and code quality initiatives.

• Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Mentor team members on Python development, framework implementation, and engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to support end-to-end solution delivery.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on application quality and engineering excellence.
