Responsibilities:
- Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings within Salesforce to ensure data privacy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage data imports, exports, updates, and integrity across Salesforce and E-Commerce platforms to support accurate reporting and business operations.
- Perform basic Salesforce configuration, such as modifying page layouts, creating new fields, adjusting/creating approval flows.
- Provide first level support and training to users, addressing their questions, and troubleshoot issues.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions function properly.
- Help Support with the preparation and execute Salesforce updates and releases, ensuring seamless deployment of new features.
- Adhere to all IT audit and change control processes, including but not limited to managing unit tests, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business or related field required.
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years of experience required; Internship in Salesforce field preferred.
- Software Knowledge: Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration required; Microsoft Office Suite required; and Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred
