Summary: As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves thoroughly examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs and expectations of customers, envisioning improved future states or business solutions, and conducting detailed research to collect and integrate relevant information. Collaboration and critical thinking are essential to ensure that the organization s processes are optimized and well-integrated with technology to support business goals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to align business processes with technological capabilities to enhance overall efficiency. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on project objectives. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes. - Excellent communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Experience in gathering and synthesizing complex information to support decision-making. - Ability to design and document business solutions that integrate technology and process improvements. - Skilled in facilitating collaboration across multiple teams to achieve project goals.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
