We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and optimize modern DevOps practices that enable secure, scalable, and highly reliable software delivery. This role is ideal for professionals with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and container orchestration who are passionate about improving engineering productivity and operational excellence.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to build resilient deployment pipelines, automate operational processes, and manage cloud-native environments. You will play a key role in enhancing system reliability, driving infrastructure modernization, and establishing engineering best practices that support high-performance applications at scale.

Key Responsibilities• Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to automate application build, testing, deployment, and release processes.

  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
  • Develop automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, software deployment, and operational workflows.
  • Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalability and high availability.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks to maintain system reliability, performance, and operational visibility.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to design secure, resilient, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Participate in infrastructure planning, cloud migration, and architecture discussions to support long-term technology goals.
  • Mentor junior engineers while promoting DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous improvement across engineering teams.
  • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, incident management, and continuous enhancement of deployment and infrastructure practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit• 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Platform Engineering roles.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools and automated software delivery pipelines.
  • Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and modern GitOps practices.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, infrastructure scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Proven leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with experience mentoring teams and driving DevOps transformation initiatives.
