We are currently looking for an experienced SAP BRIM Business Analyst to join a strategic SAP S/4HANA program for one of our international clients.

About the project

You will join a global SAP landscape focused on the optimization and enhancement of complex billing, charging, mediation, and revenue management processes.

As part of an international SAP S/4HANA environment, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and implementation teams to drive business analysis activities within SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).

The project involves gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions, supporting backlog management, and ensuring that business needs are effectively reflected throughout the delivery lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale global SAP program, working with advanced SAP BRIM technologies and contributing to business-critical processes.

Your responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements within the SAP BRIM landscape

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prepare and manage the product backlog

• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions

• Conduct product grooming sessions with implementation teams

• Support solution design activities together with functional and technical teams

• Analyze end-to-end SAP BRIM processes, including billing, charging, mediation, and subscription management

• Support integration analysis between SAP and non-SAP systems

• Ensure proper documentation of requirements, decisions, and process flows

• Collaborate with development teams during implementation and testing phases

• Support reporting and continuous improvement activities

You might be the perfect match if you have

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BRIM

• Deep knowledge of:

• Convergent Invoicing (CI)

• Convergent Charging (CC)

• Convergent Mediation (CM)

• Subscription Order Management (SOM)

• At least 5 years of experience implementing or supporting SAP BRIM solutions

• Experience creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

• Strong functional and technical understanding of SAP BRIM processes

• Experience working with Jira, including creating epics and user stories

• Ability to define clear and testable acceptance criteria

• Understanding of complex integration processes between SAP and non-SAP systems

• Understanding of data flows and interface management

• Knowledge of workflow processes

• Basic understanding of ABAP development

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and provide expert advisory support

• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile delivery environments

• Previous experience in global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs

• Knowledge of reporting processes and tools

• Experience collaborating with distributed international teams

• Duration: Long-term assignment

• Allocation: Full-time

• Location: Remote / Hybrid (depending on project requirements)
