The Opportunity
- Join a growing eDiscovery operations team and gain hands-on experience supporting complex legal technology environments.

Responsibilities
- Perform data loading, migration, export, and production tasks within RelativityOne and Relativity Server environments.
- Prepare, validate, and troubleshoot electronic data to ensure accurate and timely delivery to internal teams and clients.
- Manage data workflows including load file preparation, metadata validation, document imports, exports, and production releases.
- Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and processing issues.
- Collaborate with project managers, attorneys, analysts, and technical teams to support eDiscovery workflows and client deliverables.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience, technical training, or relevant coursework will be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
- Basic understanding of databases, file structures, data formats, or technical workflows preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desired:
- Familiarity with RelativityOne, Relativity Server, or other eDiscovery platforms.
- *Experience with Excel, SQL, scripting, data management, or other technical tools.
- Interest in pursuing a career in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal technology, or data operations.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $39,400 - $68,300
