itD is seeking a Project Manager – Sales Enablement, EMEA to coordinate the execution of regional sales enablement initiatives across multiple countries and stakeholder groups, ensuring projects remain aligned, milestones are delivered on time, and enablement activities are executed effectively across the region. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of project management or business operations experience, strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and a track record of delivering projects in complex, international environments.

Location: Krakow, Poland — Hybrid (2 days in the office)

Responsibilities:

  • Support comprehensive cohort planning and manage complex class scheduling to align execution with project goals.
  • Coordinate attendee registration and maintain accurate tracking systems while managing program logistics and facility requirements.
  • Track project progress against agreed plans, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-up with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, including preparation of agendas, documentation of decisions, and tracking of next steps.
  • Manage project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, action logs, and other governance materials.
  • Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, escalating issues and supporting resolution as appropriate.
  • Coordinate execution across EMEA markets while maintaining consistency and accommodating local business needs.
  • Measure initiative progress and impact through defined KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of enablement processes, templates, and project governance.

Internal Responsibilities:

  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management within sales operations, sales enablement, business operations, marketing operations, or a similar function.
  • Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, teams, or countries.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to proactively follow up and maintain project momentum.
  • Good understanding of sales enablement planning and execution.
  • Experience working effectively within a matrixed, international organization.
  • Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and data tracking platforms, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Airtable, Asana, or equivalent tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience within the technology sector or a large multinational organization.
  • Experience supporting sales training, sales enablement programs, or commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with data, dashboards, KPIs, and basic performance reporting.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement, project governance, or enablement operations.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
