As an Acceleration Center - Data Engineer - Associate, you will focus on utilizing advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision-making. Within our Tax practice, you will leverage skills in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to support clients in solving complex business problems. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity, adapting to a fast-paced environment while contributing to projects and developing your skills. You will engage with diverse stakeholders, learning to build meaningful connections and manage challenges effectively.

Responsibilities - Leveraging advanced analytical techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support data-driven decision-making - Utilizing data manipulation, visualization, and statistical modeling to solve complex business problems - Developing and maintaining data pipelines to validate seamless data integration and quality - Conducting exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions - Building and optimizing dashboards to enhance data visualization - Collaborating with team members to gather and analyze information from diverse sources - Applying algorithm development and machine learning techniques to improve predictive modeling - Confirming data integrity and security within analytics frameworks - Engaging in continuous learning to adapt to new challenges and enhance personal growth - Supporting the development of data quality improvement plans to enhance data accuracy and reliability

What You Must Have - Bachelor's degree in any related area, must have 100% credits and desirable "Título" - At least 1 year of experience in related roles - Oral and written proficiency in English required (B2 at least)

- Experience with Snowflake, Sigma and/or Databricks

- Ability to work with large, complex datasets and ensure data accuracy
