Accountabilities: The role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving frontend solutions while contributing to technical excellence, scalability, and product evolution. The professional will collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software, support production environments, and promote continuous improvement throughout the development lifecycle.

• Develop, test, and evolve frontend applications using React and modern web technologies, ensuring clean, maintainable, and high-quality code.

• Build scalable and efficient user interfaces aligned with product requirements and customer needs.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement valuable solutions.

• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, refinements, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

• Conduct code reviews by providing constructive feedback and helping improve engineering standards.

• Support production systems by monitoring applications, investigating issues, and implementing sustainable solutions.

• Contribute to improving application performance, reliability, security, and overall user experience.

• Develop integrations and frontend components that support scalable digital experiences.

• Apply engineering best practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and technical documentation.

• Share knowledge through collaboration, mentoring, documentation, and initiatives that strengthen the engineering community.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a frontend engineer with solid experience in React-based development and a strong understanding of software engineering practices. The role requires technical ownership, collaboration skills, and the ability to work in an agile, fast-moving environment.

• Professional experience developing frontend applications with React.

• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript, frontend architecture, and component-based development.

• Experience with software development best practices, clean code principles, and maintainable solutions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar.

• Experience working with automated testing practices, including unit, integration, and system tests.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.

• Experience with continuous integration and development practices such as TDD.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.

• Problem-solving mindset with attention to quality, performance, and user experience.

• Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS.

• Knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.

• Understanding of observability, monitoring, logging, metrics, and troubleshooting practices.

• Familiarity with databases, messaging systems, or distributed systems is a plus.

• Experience with products involving communication platforms, CRM, automation, AI, or B2B solutions is considered an advantage.
