The Technical Analyst II will play a strategic and critical role within Lennar’s IT organization in the creation and implementation of standards and processes to ensure quality and efficiency in the areas of technical documentation, technical testing, release management, and systems support. Candidates should be prepared to help implement best practices, lead standard processes, and bring leadership and communication to their agile project teams.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Act as a liaison and guide the business and development team towards project execution and resolution.
- Develop the creation of technical documentation (process flows, specifications, development tasks) and execution plans/timelines (tasks, resources, timeline).
- While working in a fast-paced environment, assist in creating a team environment and assist in creating/carrying the team culture.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial tools and software for technical analysis, support and auditing (ERP-JDE, Microsoft Office, Service Now)
- Maintain a detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Support or a comparable role within a technology organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Business Analysis and Support.
- Moderate experience/knowledge of the following: Experience in configuring and securing file transfer using platform like GoAnywhere.
- Experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or banking domain (FIS and Integrity Applications)
- Ability to successfully engage and establish cooperative working relationships with Associates at various lines of business.
- Display a nimble mind that can adapt thinking based on new points of view and/or changes in operating environments - an inability to be flexible can result in missed revenue opportunities.
- Thinks critically to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
- Verbal and written communication and organizational skills.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
