How you'll make an impact

Responsibilities:

Professionals in this group are required to perform tasks which are complex in nature. The professionals are expected to operate within large set of rules. Responsible for delivering elements of reconciliation, settlements , managing exceptions to financial transactions and fixing transaction breaks.

  • Incumbents at this level are senior/experienced Para-Professional with basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education.
  • They may have little experience but may not have a professional qualification.
  • They follow standard procedures and are responsible for perform simple routine based tasks in defined parameters but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.
  • They work under moderate supervision and communicate information that requires moderate interpretation.

  • High School education or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience.
