Loora offers its users an AI tutor that is always available to talk about whatever they want, give immediate feedback on English skills, and guide them on their journey to fluency.

We are seeking a Manual QA Tester to join our growing core team.

As the Manual QA Tester, you will be the guardian of product excellence, owning end-to-end testing across all our platforms - iOS, Android and web.

You'll prioritize testing efforts based on risk assessment, maintain test documentation, and play a crucial role in release decisions.

As our QA champion, you'll foster a culture of quality throughout the organization and help scale our testing practices as we grow.

What you’ll do-

 

• Create comprehensive test plans that cover core functionality, edge cases, and user scenarios across our mobile and web applications.

• Execute manual testing with a focus on user experience and performance, in order to maintain outstanding UX/UI standards.

• Maintain clear bug documentation and manage issue lifecycles using tracking systems.

• Partner with engineering teams to validate fixes and enhance product stability through iterative testing

• Investigate product quality issues to uphold high-quality standards

• Lead regression testing efforts and investigate complex technical issues to ensure high-quality releases.

 

What are we looking for-

 

• 2+ years of hands-on QA experience

• Strong foundation in testing methodologies and best practices

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on the bigger picture

• Working knowledge of SQL for data validation and test environment setup

• Excellent English communication skills for effective bug reporting and team collaboration

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a startup setting
