Full description

At Broadridge, we've built a culture where the highest goal is to empower others to accomplish more. If you’re passionate about developing your career, while helping others along the way, come join the Broadridge team.

Broadridge is undertaking a multiyear transformation of the infrastructure foundations that support our products, clients, and technology platforms. We are seeking a Head of Infrastructure Product Engineering to lead the design and delivery of the future-state infrastructure architecture across hybrid environments.

This senior engineering executive will define and modernize infrastructure spanning network, compute, storage, databases, middleware, virtualization, containers, private cloud, public cloud, mainframe, data centers, and infrastructure automation. This is not a traditional infrastructure operations role. Instead, this leader will transform a complex infrastructure estate into a programmable, resilient, product-oriented platform that application and product engineering teams can consume through APIs, automation, policy, and software delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure engineering strategy across hybrid infrastructure domains
  • Define and implement a programmable infrastructure platform built on automation, standardization, and resilience
  • Establish and evolve the network control plane across on-premises and cloud environments
  • Define Broadridge’s private cloud and container strategy, including Kubernetes and OpenShift
  • Drive adoption of Infrastructure as Code, Network as Code, Policy as Code, and infrastructure CI/CD
  • Convert infrastructure capabilities into standardized, versioned products and APIs
  • Integrate infrastructure delivery with application engineering, developer platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Lead resilience engineering, including failure-domain design, recovery automation, and validation testing
  • Partner across engineering, cyber, enterprise architecture, and business leadership to guide workload placement, modernization, and infrastructure investment decisions
  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering organization with strong technical depth and succession capability
  • Serve as a senior technical advisor and engineering challenger across complex infrastructure, cloud, platform, and modernization initiatives

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to lead large-scale infrastructure transformation in complex, highly regulated environments. This individual must be able to evaluate architecture critically, challenge assumptions with evidence, and connect infrastructure decisions to business outcomes, resilience, engineering velocity, and economics.

Preferred Experience

  • 18+ years of progressive engineering and technology leadership experience
  • Deep expertise across several of the following: network engineering, data centers, private/public cloud, virtualization, containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, storage, databases, middleware, infrastructure automation, IaC, CI/CD, platform engineering, observability, resilience engineering, distributed systems, and mainframe integration
  • Experience in financial services, payments, market infrastructure, hyperscalers, or other highly regulated enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success building engineering organizations and leading enterprise-scale modernization programs

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring the ability to operate across technical detail and executive strategy, while shaping the infrastructure foundation for Broadridge’s future.

Salary range $350,000.00- $375,000.00. Bonus Eligible.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
