Responsible for developing creative assets across print, digital, video, and integrated marketing channels that support sales and marketing initiatives, strengthen brand consistency, and enhance how ManpowerGroup engages audiences in the market. Provides creative expertise and strategic design consultation to marketing and business stakeholders across North America.

· Applies advanced design expertise to solve complex creative challenges, translating business objectives, campaign strategies, and brand standards into effective creative solutions.
· Develops and executes creative assets across digital, print, video, and integrated marketing channels that support business objectives and enhance audience engagement.
· Improves brand recognition and equity through compelling, audience-focused creative execution across client and talent touchpoints.
· Supports creative strategy, concept development, and campaign activation across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
· Develops layouts, charts, graphics, infographics, and visual frameworks across multiple forms of media that communicate ManpowerGroup's services, solutions, and processes effectively.
· Collaborates with global and regional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns, adapting creative assets and deliverables to support North American market priorities and audience engagement goals.
· Works hand in hand with copywriters, product marketers, and business partners to ensure consistent messaging, visual continuity, and timely project delivery.
· Makes and applies design recommendations for executive-level communications, presentations, marketing initiatives, and visual assets.
Your Typical Day and Other Key Details
· Manages design and creative requests from stakeholders across the business, supporting marketing campaigns, sales enablement materials, branded communications, digital assets, events, and strategic initiatives.
· Partners with cross-functional colleagues to address branding, creative, and business communication needs proactively while advancing design best practices.
· Coordinates with global, regional, and cross-functional partners to deliver creative assets that support campaign execution and business priorities.
· Provides guidance on brand standards, visual storytelling, and creative execution across a variety of channels and audiences.
- Provides design leadership and strategic visual direction, influencing creative priorities, workflow, and best practices across projects.
- Delivers high-quality visual storytelling and creative assets that align with brand standards, campaign objectives, and modern design best practices.
- Builds strong partnerships across the marketing organization to develop effective visual communications that engage target audiences and support business goals.
Minimum Salary 48,800 Maximum Salary 81,300
· B.A./B.S. degree in marketing, advertising, design or internship experience in related field.
· 3+ years of graphic design experience in a corporate, agency, marketing, or communications environment.
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 applications.
· Experience developing creative assets across print, digital, presentation, social, and marketing channels.
· Knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or multimedia production.
· Strong understanding of brand management, visual storytelling, typography, and layout design.
· Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong proofreading and detail-orientation skills.
· Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, executives, and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
· Figma experience.
· Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
