The Lead Project Manager will drive the successful delivery of complex customer equipment, facility, and infrastructure projects that support the global energy transition.

You will take full ownership of project execution, coordinating people and resources to ensure our solutions are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and commercial performance. Working across a mix of project delivery and technical customer support, you will play a vital role in keeping critical equipment and services running effectively for our clients.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Lead small to medium-sized projects—including equipment-only and product-suite initiatives—from initial planning through to final execution.
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, maintaining a sharp focus on commercial performance and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate project resources and collaborate closely with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve collective goals.
  • Apply your technical expertise to solve delivery challenges and support informed, practical decision-making.
  • Spot project risks early and proactively propose workable solutions to keep progress on track.
  • Support and guide team members, sharing your knowledge and contributing to the overall success of the group.

Skills for Success

You should be a collaborative, service-oriented professional with the ability to navigate technical environments and a keen interest in driving the energy transition, supported by:

  • Substantive experience in the electrical sector, particularly with substation assembly, installation, and Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS).
  • Solid project management experience within technical or industrial project environments.
  • Strong verbal and written proficiency in both Spanish and English, with the confidence to work across international teams and factories.
  • The capability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving and an adaptable mindset when balancing multiple priorities.

A formal education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
