Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills and have experience in managing construction sites. This role requires proficiency in project scheduling, blueprint reading, and familiarity with tools such as HeavyBid and ProCore. The Project Manager will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction activities.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms.
  • Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
  • Utilize HeavyBid for cost estimation and budgeting throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and facilitate effective communication.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare progress reports for stakeholders detailing project status and any potential risks.
