This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager Biosimilars based in India.

Accountabilities: The Product Manager Biosimilars will lead the development and execution of product strategies focused on biosimilar therapies, supporting commercial growth and customer success across global markets. This role combines market analysis, strategic planning, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen product adoption and business performance.

  • Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies for cell culture media solutions supporting biosimilar therapies.
  • Lead strategic growth initiatives aligned with regional and APAC bioprocess priorities.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to increase market share and customer adoption.
  • Develop and manage pricing strategies that balance product performance, competitiveness, and commercial scalability.
  • Monitor market trends, biosimilar pipelines, patent expirations, and competitive activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Translate market intelligence into actionable product strategies and commercial recommendations.
  • Create technical presentations, competitive analyses, sales enablement materials, and training resources.
  • Collaborate with global teams including commercial, technical, and product stakeholders to deliver business objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to innovation within the product portfolio.
  • Represent product strategy and market insights across internal and external stakeholder discussions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines life sciences expertise with product management experience in bioprocessing, cell culture media, or related healthcare technologies. Strong strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and the ability to collaborate across global teams are essential for success in this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related roles within the life sciences industry.
  • Experience working with bioprocessing technologies and/or cell culture media applications.
  • Strong understanding of biosimilar development workflows and market dynamics is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and requirements across different healthcare markets.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in global and multicultural environments.
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and translate insights into strategic actions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and commercial audiences.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25–30% as required.
  • Previous experience with biosimilar workflows is considered an advantage.
