About the Role We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Traffic Projects team and play a key role in delivering high-quality traffic and transport data collection projects across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Traffic Projects or Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering multiple projects from inception through to completion. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong project management skills, experience in operational delivery, and an interest in traffic and transport data collection.
What You'll Be Doing• Managing the full lifecycle of traffic and transport data projects from planning through to completion.
- Developing and maintaining project schedules to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinating with Scheduling, Equipment, Technician, Analysis, HSQ, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure resources and activities are aligned.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and issues early, and implementing effective solutions.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and maintaining clear, proactive communication throughout each project.
- Managing project budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery against commercial objectives.
- Ensuring all project documentation, instructions, and operational information are accurate and up to date.
- Maintaining compliance with Health & Safety requirements, RAMS, and the company's Quality Management System.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and helping enhance project delivery processes.
Supporting Team Success Depending on project requirements, you may also provide day-to-day support and guidance to Project Coordinators and Project Assistants, helping to create a collaborative and high-performing team environment. You'll build strong relationships across departments and play an important role in promoting a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Desirable Experience• Knowledge of traffic and transport survey methodologies, data collection techniques, and survey equipment.
- A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent.
- A full UK driving licence and an understanding of UK road networks and traffic environments.
