Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall project coordination across all workstreams, phases, and dependencies.
• Maintain the project timeline and manage schedule risk across the eight project phases (Phase 1 through Post-Go-Live Stabilization).
• Own RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and escalation.
• Drive alignment between DLMP and MCL on scope, timing, and deliverables.
• Coordinate status reporting and facilitate recurring project governance meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, multi-phase technology or data projects, ideally in healthcare or clinical laboratory settings.
• Demonstrated experience managing RAID logs, dependency tracking, and multi-year program timelines.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills.
• Direct experience with at least one Epic Beaker implementation, conversion, upgrade, or major laboratory information system (LIS) transformation
• PMP certification

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience managing or supporting multi-site or multi-wave deployments.
• Familiarity with clinical laboratory operations and client-facing test build processes.
