Accountabilities: As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product execution, improving development processes, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality digital solutions. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, transforming product vision into actionable outcomes.
- Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into structured agile development cycles through detailed epics, user stories, technical requirements, and development tickets.
- Partner closely with engineering and design teams to define, refine, and continuously improve technical product processes.
- Lead feature prioritization, backlog management, and release planning to ensure efficient delivery of impactful product enhancements.
- Support the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements definition through implementation and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer success, sales, and business stakeholders to align product initiatives with organizational goals.
- Analyze, prioritize, and resolve product issues and defects while balancing quality, customer needs, and delivery speed.
- Create clear documentation and acceptance criteria to guide development teams and ensure successful execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, product processes, and technology adoption, including the use of AI-enabled tools.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a technically experienced product professional with strong SaaS expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex software solutions in agile environments.
- 6+ years of experience in end-to-end technical product management, working closely with engineering teams to deliver complex software products.
- Strong experience managing B2B SaaS products and understanding enterprise technology environments.
- Proven ability to write detailed business and technical requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Experience using product management and development tools such as GitHub, JIRA, ADO, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex technical challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, private equity, or real estate investment environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools, including AI-powered product features and AI-supported development workflows, is preferred.
- Availability to collaborate during PST or MST working hours is an advantage.
