CTG is seeking to fill an AI Data Integration Engineer – RAG Platform position for our client.
Location: Remote Duration: 3 months
Duties:
- Configure platform connectors to ingest partner profiles, public data, and internal documents into a RAG data store.
- Implement PII minimization and data masking workflows, including hashing, before RAG ingestion.
- Validate webhook/event flows, map data to canonical schemas, and route events to analytics stores.
- Partner with Analytics teams to ensure data is queryable and analysis-ready.
- Maintain connector configurations, ingestion logs, event mappings, and masking audits.
Skills:
- ICA connectors and platform ETL/configuration
- APIs and data integration
- S3 and Drive connectors
- CRM integrations, including HubSpot and Salesforce
- RAG data ingestion and platform-managed embeddings
- Data masking, PII minimization, and hashing
- Webhooks, event mapping, and canonical schemas
Experience:
- Hands-on experience configuring data connectors or ETL platforms.
- Experience integrating APIs, cloud storage, CRM systems, and data ingestion pipelines.
- Familiarity with RAG platforms and embedding-based ingestion workflows.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
