About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Professional Services team, leading our most complex and technically demanding enterprise SaaS implementations. This is a senior, high-impact role for a PMP-certified project management professional with deep experience managing enterprise SaaS deployments and a strong technical foundation. The ideal candidate is as comfortable in a technical architecture conversation with engineering and customer IT teams as they are managing executive stakeholders, and brings proven judgment for de-risking large-scale, multi-phase, multi-stakeholder implementations.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects.
• Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables. Manage communication and expectation-setting throughout the project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, managing scope, schedule, resources, and budget. Track project progress and ensure adherence to milestones.
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Manage scope changes, budget adjustments, and timeline shifts through structured change control processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring proper allocation of resources for successful project execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk registers, and lessons learned. Provide regular updates to leadership and customers.
• Leverage industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
• Lead the full project lifecycle for enterprise-tier customer implementations, including complex data integrations, custom configurations, and multi-system architectures.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for enterprise customer stakeholders (VP/C-suite), driving alignment on scope, technical approach, and delivery milestones.
• Partner closely with Solution Architects, Engineering, and Technical Consultants to assess technical risk, integration complexity, and deployment readiness.
• Own and manage complex project plans across scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget for high-ARR, strategically important enterprise accounts.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risk across long-duration, multi-phase implementations; lead structured change control for scope, budget, and timeline shifts.
• Mentor and provide delivery guidance to junior and mid-level Project Managers on enterprise best practices and technical delivery standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of enterprise delivery methodology, tooling, and technical playbooks across the Professional Services team.
• Deliver executive-level status reporting, risk registers, and escalation summaries to both customer leadership and internal executives.
Qualifications & Experience
• PMP certification required.
• 10+ years of project management experience, with a significant portion managing enterprise SaaS implementations or deployments.
• Strong technical acumen required: hands-on familiarity with data integration/ETL concepts, APIs, system architecture, and enterprise IT environments. Candidates with the strongest technical depth will be prioritized.
• Experience with incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or related enterprise financial/SaaS software highly desirable.
• Demonstrated track record delivering complex, multi-phase enterprise implementations on time and on budget.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills; experience engaging directly with VP/C-suite customer sponsors.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
\n$150,000 - $210,000 a year
The compensation offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. The OTE salary range for this role is $150,000 – $210,000. Compensation for candidates hired in Canada will be provided in Canadian dollars and may differ from the ranges listed above due to currency conversion.
