Full description
This position will focus on the development and delivery of business performance reports that aid operational business units to make objective decisions. The Business Insight Analyst III will assist the operational business units by performing data analysis and identifying trends that will allow the business unit to analyze and improve business performance. This position will also be responsible for the consistency and integrity of data reported. This position works with all levels of management to determine reporting requirements. Communicates improvement opportunities or analysis directly to business unit leaders by drawing observations and making astute recommendations to address strategy. May have oversight of Analyst I and/or II.

Qualifications
- Position requires basic business skills, an understanding of general financial operations and major AR goals, preferably in the healthcare environment.
- Advanced SQL language skills (creating complex queries and stored procedures).
- Power BI, MicroStrategy experience required.
- 4 year college degree in Business, Accounting, IS, Engineering and 3-7 years analytics and reporting experience.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
