abra professional services is seeking a Financial Digital Systems Analyst.

We are looking for a skilled Financial Digital Systems Analyst to lead end-to-end analysis processes for digital financial systems, working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA teams, and UX/UI teams.

This role requires strong experience in digital systems analysis, Web and Mobile applications, API specifications, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Microservices architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, and translating business needs into accurate functional and technical requirements.

A full-time hybrid position based in Modi’in, Israel, with 4 days a week from the office and 1 day remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, refine, and analyze business requirements by working directly with internal stakeholders, understanding business needs, analyzing processes, and translating them into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead end-to-end specification processes, from high-level solution design (HLD) with a system-wide perspective to detailed low-level design (LLD) documents for Web, Mobile, and integration domains.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams throughout all implementation stages in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Define complex interfaces in Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture environments, including API specifications using REST and GraphQL, JSON structures, and documentation with Swagger/OpenAPI.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to validate wireframes and prototypes against business requirements, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
  • Use Generative AI tools to streamline specification writing, documentation, and requirements analysis – advantage.

Requirements

mandatory requirements:

  • At least 3–4 years of professional experience in systems analysis within a digital environment.
  • Proven experience working with Web systems and Mobile applications.
  • Experience writing API specifications, especially REST APIs.
  • Deep understanding of JSON.
  • Hands-on experience working with databases and SQL queries – advantage.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong ability to specify and model business processes.
  • Experience with UML modeling, including Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and supporting specification documents.
  • Understanding of Microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with specification and modeling tools such as Draw.io, Lucidchart, or similar tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a relevant degree with specialization in Information Systems from a recognized academic institution – advantage.
  • Previous experience in banking organizations only – mandatory.
