Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple EPC Substation (AIS/GIS) projects from award to commissioning and
project closure.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, timeline, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Commercial, and
Site teams.
- Manage client relationships, contract execution, subcontractors, vendors, and key
stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, cash flow, invoices, collections, and profitability.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and site execution issues.
- Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and HSQE requirements.
- Act as the primary interface with customers, consultants, Owner's Engineers, utilities,
government authorities, and key suppliers.
- Lead project reviews, progress reporting, and team development.
- Drive customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers, Engineers, Site Teams, and cross-functional
team.
- Lead commissioning activities including startup, equipment testing, energization,
synchronisation, and performance testing.
Requirements
Skills:
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in AIS/GIS Substation EPC execution.
- Knowledge of project planning, contracts, budgeting, and cost control.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
Minimum Requirements:
- B.E./B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 15–20 years of experience in EPC Substation/Transmission/Power Projects.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale EPC projects.
