The Position

At Roche Oncology, for over fifty years we have been pushing the boundaries of science to transform cancer care. In the Breast Cancer segment, our research and solutions aim to redefine treatment standards for one of our two segments. As highlighted in our recent global financial results, Oncology represents the largest foundation of Roche Pharmaceuticals, generating 7.4 billion Swiss francs in the first half of 2026 alone and accounting for nearly one third of total pharmaceutical division sales.

The Oncology Division at Roche continues to deliver exceptional performance, backed by strong growth in Operating Profit and market leadership in innovative therapies. Flagship solutions like Phesgo continue their rapid adoption, while new breakthrough therapies lead the next wave of fast launches in breast cancer.

The Opportunity

Embedded directly within the cross functional Breast Cancer Squad and reporting to the Breast Cancer Squad Lead, the Product Manager Oncology (Marketing Value Manager) acts as an energetic marketing leader, driving the generation of Roche Value. In this role, you will also guide and empower the junior marketing talent, including the marketing coordinator and trainees, fostering their development as they support daily marketing activities. 

You will drive the marketing strategy, launch acceleration, and life cycle management for one of the key segments of our Breast Cancer portfolio in Mexico, translating scientific innovation into rapid patient access.

Accountabilities and Key Performance Indicators

  • 1. Strategic Portfolio Management and Go to Market Execution

​Lead the complete design and execution of full Go to Market strategies within the Breast Cancer Squad for fast product launches and defensive positioning for established therapies. Key deliverables include comprehensive brand plans, market share expansion in public and private sectors, revenue target achievement, and launch trajectory milestones.

  • 2. Omnichannel Campaigns and Brand Differentiation

Conceptualize, deploy, and optimize high impact promotional campaigns across digital, face to face, and hybrid channels to elevate brand differentiation. Key deliverables include healthcare professional engagement metrics, campaign return on investment, brand recall, and integrated omnichannel touchpoint alignment.

  • 3. Stakeholder and Ecosystem Engagement

Build, manage, and sustain strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders, Key Decision Makers, and leading Medical Societies in oncology. Key deliverables include advisory board execution, collaborative scientific projects, institutional inclusion, and brand advocacy index.

  • 4. Continuous Medical Education and Scientific Value Communication

Architect and oversee continuous medical education roadmaps, including webinars, national forums, preceptorships, and comprehensive speakers training that evolve clinical practice standards and establish Roche as the primary source of medical truth. Key deliverables include healthcare professional attendance and satisfaction, scientific narrative alignment, and measurable shifts in clinical adoption.

  • 5. Financial Governance, Forecasting, and Supply Alignment

Oversee operational expenditure budget allocation, investment optimization, and institutional demand forecasting in close partnership with Finance. Key deliverables include operational expenditure budget variance control, accurate demand forecasting, and inventory supply continuity in coordination with global supply chains.

  • 6. Market Access Synergy and Squad Enablement

Partner with Medical, Finance, Disease Area Field Enablers, Patient Journey Partners, Strategic Access, Patient Support Programs, Business Intelligence, and Training, among other key areas within the Squad, to design tailored value propositions for public institutions and private healthcare systems. Key deliverables include contract utilization rates, institutional formulary inclusions, and field force enablement index.

Who you are

Qualifications and Technical Skills

  • Five or more years of progressive marketing experience in high specialty pharmaceuticals, with a minimum of three years focused on Oncology, preferably in Breast Cancer. Experience in high specialty field sales is required. (Valid and up-to-date Cédula Profesional is required)
  • Proven history of leading successful pharmaceutical product launches, promotional campaigns, omnichannel strategies, and active collaboration to create access in Mexican public health institutions.
  • In depth knowledge of public and private sector access mechanics and institutional procurement in Mexico. Proficiency in financial modeling, demand forecasting, marketing analytics, and digital tools applied to marketing execution.
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Health and Life Sciences. A Master of Business Administration or relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • Native Spanish and full professional working proficiency in English.
