Role Summary

We are looking for a technically strong Salesforce or Java Developer with solid CRM knowledge and hands-on experience delivering scalable enterprise solutions. The candidate should have strong JavaScript skills, take end-to-end responsibility for assigned work, and be ready to adopt AI-enabled development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain CRM-related applications and integrations.
  • Develop solutions using Salesforce technologies or Java-based frameworks.
  • Build responsive user interfaces and client-side functionality using JavaScript.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot complex application, integration, and production issues.
  • Take ownership of deliverables from requirement analysis through deployment and support.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, operations teams, and other developers.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development and security standards.
  • Support system enhancements, defect resolution, performance improvement, and technical documentation.
  • Explore and apply AI-assisted development tools and AI-based capabilities where relevant.

Required Skills

  • Strong development experience in Salesforce or Java.
  • Good understanding of CRM concepts, customer journeys, workflows, and integrations.
  • Deep technical knowledge of application design, APIs, databases, debugging, and system integration.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
  • Experience with REST or SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage tasks and take responsibility for delivery.
  • Clear, professional communication and strong collaboration skills.

Salesforce Skills

For Salesforce-focused candidates:

  • Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Salesforce integration, security, sharing, and deployment concepts.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products is preferred.

Java Skills

For Java-focused candidates:

  • Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and database integration.
  • Experience with enterprise application design, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end or JavaScript frameworks is preferred.

Good to Have

  • Experience with generative AI, AI-assisted coding, automation, or intelligent CRM capabilities.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and automated testing.
  • Relevant Salesforce, Java, cloud, or AI certifications.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
